Introduction
Hamamatsu City Flower Expo has been held since the other day. I just had a day off so I went there to relax.
At that time, when you think of Hamamatsu, you think of eel. When it comes to eel, we had a luxurious lunch at a long-established eel restaurant called Atsumi.
The Flower Expo is still being held, so please stop by when you are in Hamamatsu City.

thoughts
This time, I entered the store before 12:00 on a Monday. Since it is a popular restaurant and there is bound to be a wait during lunch time, I made a reservation in advance.
It’s nice to wait on an empty stomach and enjoy the taste of grilled eel, but if you don’t like waiting, we recommend making a reservation in advance.
I pre-ordered Unaju'' for 4,550 yen and
Liver soup” for an additional 50 yen. The plump eel is grilled over charcoal by a craftsman, topped with a traditional sauce that has been passed down for more than 100 years, and served with freshly cooked rice.
When you stuff your mouth with eel and rice, the chewy texture is impressive, and the fragrant aroma of charcoal grills spreads through your mouth.
The gentle flavor of the liver soup is also excellent, and it resets the taste of the thick sauce. It was so heavy that I wanted to keep eating it.
Please refer to it when you go to Hamamatsu.
