thoughts
I went to this restaurant through a friend’s introduction, and it’s so popular that there were people lining up for lunch an hour before it opened at 11:30.
If you are going to enter the store on the first turn, it would be better to line up 30 minutes in advance. (I lined up 50 minutes early lol)
However, if you order and pay immediately after entering the store, your food will be delivered within a few minutes, so the turnaround was quick.
All the lunch menus are attractive and the cost performance is also good. The fish is carefully selected by the owner at the market every day, so the quality and freshness are guaranteed.
After much hesitation, I ordered the “Seafood Bowl.” The main sashimi, such as medium fatty tuna, shrimp, hamachi, salmon roe, etc., all make their presence felt lol.
I had imagined it, but
It melts.
The right amount of fat will whet your appetite and keep you munching on it. It also came with a gentle miso soup made with bonito stock and warm chawanmushi, so I didn’t get bored until the end. (Large size rice is free)
Since this was my first visit, I opted for the “seafood bowl,” which seems to be the most popular dish, but there are many other appealing menu items, so I’d like to try the simmered dish next time.
Although there is bound to be a long line at lunchtime, it is definitely worth going out of your way to enjoy the fish dishes.
Please try it once.
